Alishan on the Move is still going strong! self describes as Adventures and daily life of the crew of sailing yacht Alishan (Taswell 43). At present based in Fukuoka, Japan. Our boating story started in Holland, 1984. Their latest post is from Jan 2026. Congratulations on keeping the blog going so far.

Big Sushi Little Fishes was posting quite regularly up until 2020, but then just stopped posting.
Celia in Tokyo was producing a very presentable looking blog starting in 2013, but stopped in 2018 with a review of her year. I wonder where she is now.

Cold Noodles and Hot Sake stopped posting in 2018 and likewise Conquering Chicago and Beyond also stopped in 2016 and Cooking in Japan stopped in 2014.
The Crazy Gaijin still has a website, but the last update was from 2012.
